How To Apply
Like with any skincare product, there’s a potential for a reaction, but you can significantly minimise this risk by:
- Performing a patch test on the skin area at least 24 hours before using the product.
- Refraining from consuming alcoholic beverages 24 hours prior to using the product.
- Ensuring thorough hand washing both before and after using the product.
- Shaving and removing any excess hair from the intended application area.
- Ensuring that your skin is clean, dry, and warm prior to application.
To apply any of the numbing products we supply please use the following guidelines:
- For creams, a 2-3mm layer is recommended, while the application of gels and sprays may vary.
- Use cling film or plastic wrap to cover the area, creating an airtight seal.
- Masking tape can be used to secure the film in hard-to-reach areas.
- Creams should not be left on for more than 2 hours, while gels and sprays act faster.
- Do not reapply any numbing creams to the skin when broken.
- Numbing gels, sprays and foams should only be applied to broken skin and can be reapplied.
- Do not apply any of these products anywhere apart from the exterior skin.
